Independent, assisted-living community on Windsong Drive slated for summer 2020 opening

A sprawling senior-living community sprouting up on Windsong Drive in the heart of Prescott Valley should be built and move-in ready sometime this summer, a development administrator said in a phone interview in mid-March. The 121-bed, 50,585-square-foot complex, called the Landings of Prescott Valley, is currently being built by Hickory, North Carolina-based Affinity Living Group, and it should open in July.
