Phyllis Jean (Watkins) Stark, 81 years, of Prescott, Arizona, passed away on July 6, 2019, in Prescott.

Born in Phoenix, Arizona, on Aug. 8, 1937, to Joe A. and Genevive (DeWitt) Watkins. Phyllis graduated in 1955 from Tolleson High School, a devoted wife, mother and homemaker, also working with her husband, Larry, ranching at the Las Vegas Ranch for 30 years.

She was a member of the Yavapai Cowbelles, past president of the Arizona Hereford Auxiliary Association, a former 4-H leader, an avid gardener, artist, and loved working with livestock.

She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Josephine, and daughter Jacque. Survived by her husband of 60 years, Larry; son-in-law David Manning (Connie); nephews, Jeff and John Badilla; and several cousins.

Funeral services to be held at the Hampton Funeral Home, 240 S. Cortez St., Prescott on Friday, July 12, 2019, at 10 a.m.; she will be laid to rest following at Mountain View Cemetery, Prescott, Arizona.
