Imagine New York City without the escape of Central Park, that oasis of trees, grass, running and bicycle trails. Central Park is man-made and people were displaced to create the park, nevertheless, NYC would be nothing but steel and concrete without it.

We are fortunate. We do not need to create a beautiful oasis. We already have something so much better and more beautiful, a gift from nature in the Granite Dells.

We do not need to spend money installing and repairing irrigation pipes. We do not need to trim the grass. We do not need to pour concrete walkways. The trees, the rocks, and grasses are already perfectly placed and natural.

We just need to preserve and protect what we already have.

This is our oasis.
