We must preserve the Granite Dells for the use of all citizens, including the wildlife that call that area home.

A city’s quality of life is determined by meaningful recreational activities. A forward-thinking city will upgrade and expand its natural infrastructure, the interconnected system of natural spaces that conserves ecosystem values and functions, sustains clean air and water, and provides a wide array of benefits to people and wildlife. This type of infrastructure is a community’s natural life support system, the ecological framework needed for environmental and economic sustainability, making Prescott and Prescott Valley healthier places to live.

The park is also an attraction for many tourists who improve the economy.
