John C. Chadwick passed away on Sept. 8, 2018, in Prescott, Arizona. He was born in Coudersport, Pennsylvania, to Harold and Mildred Chadwick.

John is survived by his beloved wife, Janice; daughters, Judie (Robert) Jaros, Julie (Mark) Schaffer, Joanne (Christopher) Motko, and Jennifer (Brad) Bergamini; son, Justin (Alicia) Chadwick; and a brother, Dennis (Lorna) Sawyer; 22 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

John proudly served his country in the United States Navy during the Korean War. He was a devout member of Sacred Heart Parish in Prescott, Arizona. John loved to spend time with his large family and enjoyed nature while hunting and fishing.

A funeral mass will be held for John at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 150 Fleury St., Prescott, Arizona, on Saturday, Sept. 15 at 1 p.m., in the school gymnasium with burial following at Arizona Pioneers Home Cemetery.
