This is Oliver. When Oliver was found as a stray, he was practically starved to death. He was very thin and had a small-caliber bullet in his chest. A very nice lady fed him for about two weeks before Miss Kitty’s took him in. He was so matted that his body had to be shaved. He immediately went into a foster home. Since then, he has been thriving and gaining weight. He now weighs 9 pounds.

The vet estimated his age at about 10, but he has lots of energy and is very gregarious. Oliver is probably a Maine Coon mix but not as large. He has long hair, which has now grown out and is soft as silk. He has three colors: white, black, and gray with golden highlights. He has a wonderful personality, is very affectionate and playful, and loves laps. He is alert, smart and understands what is asked of him. Oliver also likes playing with all his toys and runs and jumps like a kitten. He is quite vocal and besides his usual meow, he chirps, squeaks and hums.
